Odyxus was founded in Iloilo City in 2023, named for Odysseus — the man who won with wit, not force. Every client engagement is an odyssey: a business trying to get somewhere, blown off course by problems it can’t quite name.
What we believe
Technology problems rarely are.
Most owners we meet aren’t short on effort. Their business has simply grown faster than its systems — knowledge lives in one person’s head, steps are undocumented, and information gets lost between people. What looks like a technology problem is usually a people or process problem underneath. Our job is to find that, then fix it.
Our aim is simple: help owners turn scattered practices and owner-dependent decisions into practical systems their team can actually use — and be the people they trust when technology and change feel like more than they can sort out alone.

Odyxus is led by Josh Misajon. His strongest skill isn’t any single tool — it’s seeing how the parts of a business connect: how customers come in, how sales happen, how work moves through the team, and where the owner has quietly become the bottleneck. Once the real problem is clear, the digital side — custom apps, small-business software, Google and Facebook ads — becomes the straightforward part.
We work with owners across Iloilo and the Philippines, and with international clients who want someone to think alongside them — not just sell them software.
