Applying it at your scale

Two things do most of the work: a straightforward reason to return — a points or rewards setup sized for a small shop — and a customer list you own, rather than one that lives only inside a third-party or delivery platform. Owning that list matters, because a relationship you can reach directly is far more durable than one that depends on someone else’s app. Together, those give a small business the same compounding effect a large loyalty program chases, at a scale that fits.
